What is now Sequeira Civil Construction, started as Quadvest, Inc in 1978, specializing in the construction of water, wastewater, and pipe line projects.  Through the last 42 years we have evolved into an experienced company that provides general contracting, design build, and construction management services for not only water services but also roads, and oil and gas projects throughout the state of Texas.  Sequeira Civil Construction, (SC  ), has built projects ranging in size from $5,000 to $20 Million while establishing solid relationships with Land Owners, Engineers, Municipalities, and Cities. 

 

 

SC  has the equipment and financial resources to deliver a project with any delivery system an owner may require; design/bid/build, design/build, construction management with risk, etc.  Collectively, SC  has generations of experience building treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and other infrastructure.  SC  generally self performs much of the work that we do.  The superior skills, training, and dedication of our employees allow us to deliver a quality product on-time and on-budget for our customers.  For those aspects of a project that we do not self-perform, we team with qualified subcontractors to insure that the owner receives best in class value and quality product that will perform as needed for its intended life- cycle.
